XRP is a digital asset that is created and transmitted through the operations of the “XRP Ledger,” a decentralized and public ledger upon which XRP transactions are processed and settled. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of the value of its net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in XRP-Linked Instruments. The fund is non-diversified.
